Terms

Starting with a new pet care provider is a big decision, and we do not take that lightly. From your very first inquiry to your first booking and beyond, Ocean Breeze is designed to feel straightforward, transparent, and genuinely reassuring.

​Everything below will walk you through exactly what to expect, what we ask of you, and how we make sure your pets receive the same standard of care every single time.​

If anything in this agreement is unclear, please reach out before booking. We want every client to feel completely confident in the care their pets will receive.

Medication Administration

Medication is administered as part of every booking at no extra cost.

We ask that all medications be clearly labelled with dosage and vet-prescribed instructions provided in advance.

We do not administer unlabelled or unverified medications.

Veterinary Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Ocean Breeze will contact you immediately and, if necessary, transport your pet to your designated veterinarian on file or the nearest emergency clinic.

All associated costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Home environment setup for in home pet care visit

At a Glance

The easiest way to request bookings is through our free mobile app, Time to Pet (TTP), where we communicate with our pet parents! 

After a booking request is recieved and if availability allows, an invoice is sent. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

 

The remaining is due at the start of your booking. Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card.
