Begin by sharing a few details about your pets, your home, and your requested dates. 

MEET AND GREET

We meet your pets in their own space, learn their routines and personalities, and walk through every detail of their care.

With every detail arranged, you can relax knowing your pet and home are cared for with intention and care.

Terms

Starting with a new pet care provider is a big decision, and we do not take that lightly.

From your very first inquiry to your first booking and beyond, Ocean Breeze is designed to feel straightforward, transparent, and genuinely reassuring.

​

We want every client to feel completely confident in the care their pets will receive. 

Veterinary Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately.

 

If necessary, transport your pet to your designated veterinarian on file or the nearest emergency clinic.

​

​All associated costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

At a Glance

After a booking request is recieved and if availability allows, an invoice is sent. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

​

The remaining balance is due at the start of your booking. Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card.

Medication Administration

Medication is administered as part of every booking at no extra cost.

​

We ask that all medications be clearly labelled with dosage and vet-prescribed instructions provided in advance.​

 

We do not administer unlabelled or unverified medications.
